Before beginning, each athlete must establish their 1-rep max (1RM) for all three lifts. These benchmarks are essential for tailoring the program to your unique strength level and ensuring safe, effective progression.
Equipment Requirements:To complete this program, you’ll need access to a squat rack and a bench press setup. No fancy machines—just the essentials and your commitment.
Each week builds on the last, guiding you through progressive overload, recovery strategies, and mindset development. Every rep is a reminder: strength is built through consistency, and progress is promised to those who persevere.
